Dealing with irrationality

Being outdoors exercising for two hours each other day is gold during this reality. A lot of reflection and expectation management go through my head. Also plenty of ideas and irrational thoughts come along. It is a kind of mental exercise with myself along the tracks. A lot of thinking takes place right after my jogging sessions, and I make sure I document how I feel, what I think and what I must take along.
