Today I reached 100km running. In half of time compared to previous months.
For me it is a milestone. A few month ago I did not have this drive and my understanding of achievement was totally different. My physical preparation is leading my mental state.
Talking about this, I came to understand my motivation, creativity and energy I put into everything I do. 💡💡💡
