Running with Hoka

After running 100km with a Hoka Challenger I believe I got how I should run with these shoes. Posture, foot position uphill and downhill, asphalt and gravel. All play a major role and improve performance, specially uphill.

It takes a bit to warm up but once you are firing through the trails, it gets cool!

For some reason I also sweat less. Great when it is warm. However, this is something I want to learn a bit more.

Blizzards are common in my 🦶 but under control now.
